Bamboo Flooring is an attractive alternative to wood floors as the product is derived from the forests of a fully sustainable, environmentally friendly and rapidly growing renewable resource.

Tough & Durable

Strand woven bamboo boards are very hard and durable with independent test revealing a Janka hardness rating of 2600psi, over 100% harder than red oak. The result is a renewable resource product that has the look and feel of a conventional hard wood floor but with performance benefits resulting from one of the hardest timber flooring products in the world.

Pre-Finished & Easy to Install

Bamboo Flooring compares favorably with traditional solid select timber floors and, given it is already sanded and finished with 6 durable UV coatings, is capable of being installed ready for use, has no toxic fumes and causes minimal disruption to the consumer.

Extremely Stable

In terms of natural contraction and expansion, strand woven bamboo is 50% more stable than Northern Red Oak.

Price Advantage

Bamboo products have the aesthetic appeal of traditional hardwood products, but with performance advantages, at a better price.

Hypoallergenic & Non-Pollutant

Bamboo is allergy free and glued and sealed with non-toxic water-based urethane glues and finishes. Bamboo emits very emissions through waste and pollution.

The strand woven bamboo boards are very hard and durable. In independently conducted tests the natural colour rated as 14.3kN on the Janka test and the coffee colour rated 15.3kN. These ratings compare very favourably with Jarrah for example at 8.6kN and the normal laminated bamboo flooring at 6.9kN to 8.5kN

Bamboo flooring is nearly twice as hard as Jarrah and with no sanding so you get a lot more for your dollar with strand woven technology.

This offers the world a renewable resource product that has the look and feel of a hard wood conventional floor BUT with the renewable resource theme AND one of the hardest timber flooring products in the world.
